How to choose a Body Scrub????????
Skin is the largest organ of our body. So it is very important for us to take care of it, because a healthy skin reflects a healthy body. This is a fact that anything applied on the skin is readily absorbed by our body. In order to nourish our skin, one thumb rule can be followed and that is, “Do not to put anything on skin that cannot be eaten”.
Now the problem arises, “How to select such products”? The simplest thing that can be done is to look up at the list of ingredients while buying any skin care product. Means if even half of them cannot be pronounced well or it gives a feeling of a chemistry lab manual, then its best to avoid such products.
The next thing that can be done is to look after the food for the skin i.e. if we use lotion then it should contain Aloe Vera, or Shea butter and similar natural ingredients which rejuvenate skin. And one essential thing that should be kept in mind that one should drink a lot of water because it removes the toxic material from the body and keeps it healthy. Apart from this, one should take proper sleep and try to be free of stress. Yoga, dancing or any physical exercise proves to be a very good stress buster.
Sweating is one of the best ways to clean skin from inside. Any cardiovascular exercise as running, swimming, playing football does the job, or there are relaxed approaches as sauna, hot tub too, which are sufficient to regulate our blood circulation and keeps our skin healthy.
Now coming back to the product selection, I heard about a brand known as PIANOON Cosmetics, and its one of the product called PIANOON Antiox body scrub, I just want to check about the thing what they call “THE WOW EFFECT”. Like every product this also has some likes and dislikes as:
Likes:

Make your dream of a glowing skin come true….
I just remember the days when there were no worries in life, all that need to be worried was the timing of lunch and play i.e. when I was a child, I used to play and breathe fresh air, just be whatever I was. I just miss all that stuff, as in today’s life, all we’ve got is the tension about the future, we’re busy in our life so much that we don’t get time for even ourselves. This just affects our health and looks, we look much older than our age, and we got pimples, wrinkles and black heads on our face. And environmental pollution has just added to the problems.
But it is a well known fact that problems always comes with a solution. Similar is the case with our lifestyle which tends to somewhat torture our skin. Our skin, which is the biggest organ of our body, covers up and protects internal organs. So it is very important that it should be taken proper care of. It is not just about healthy skin; a healthy skin shows healthy body and mind.
Everyone just dream about having a glowing skin, but never take effective steps to make that dream come true. But out of many ways, one has to just follow simple routine which will definitely give them a glowing skin. That routine consists of following:
- Eating healthy: It implies that one should eat fat free food with more fibers included, and with good cholesterol. The food should not be spicy.
- Enough Sleep: One should have an adequate amount of sleep, which is very necessary.
- Sunscreen: One should use proper sunscreen of adequate SPF (depending on you skin type).
- Exfoliation(body peeling): Out of the above mentioned, this is the most important factor for achieving healthy skin. But before that lets take a look at the exfoliating material i.e. body scrub(Körperpeeling).
A body scrub(körperpflege) is an abrasive product that removes dead skin cells from the skin, when massaged on the skin, leaving a soft, fresh and smooth skin. It has many benefits as apart from exfoliating it improves the blood circulation and the oils generally present in the scrub moisturize the skin.
A good body scrub(peeling für den körper) prepares your body for the even tan and opens the pores and let the skin breathe.
I’ve came across a very good body scrub which has got much more than the others that one can hardly neglect that, such as:
- JOJOBA Oil: It is natural wax which protects and moisturizes the skin all day. It doesn’t vaporize and is very similar to the human oil, thus it tricks the skin and balances oil production. This quality has been very helpful for oily skins. Moreover it spreads well and absorbed well too.
- Apricot Extract: Apricots are very rich in salicylic acid and vitamin A, which detoxifies the skin and keep it glowing and black head free.
- Shea Butter: Shea Butter is known to be a superb moisturizer, with exceptional healing properties for the skin. It blemishes wrinkles, eczema and dermatitis.
Apart from all these qualities it has got mesmerizing aroma which is famously known as THE WOW EFFECT by its fans.
The only thing that needs to be done before using the scrub is to have a shower and enjoy the beautiful and glowing skin.
